How to use

We recommend to start adding feed media during middle-late stage of cell exponential growth stages, usually on day 3 when cell density reaches 2.0~3.0×10⁶ cells/mL, followed by add every other day with 3%±0.3%. Users can optimize the feed strategy based on the cell lines.

DNFeed Series can be used for cell lines using GS and dhfr screening systems, including CHO-K1, CHO-S, DG44, CHOZN and CHOK1SV.
